Smoking Cessation
There are many health risks from smoking. If you are over 18 and are ready to quit smoking, help is available. Call the Arizona Smokers Helpline (ASHLine) through Arizona Department of Health Services (ADHS) at 1-800-556-6222 to enroll. A "Coach" will be assigned to you and provide you with education and support through weekly telephone calls throughout the quit process. ASHLine staff will complete an intake form, assign a quit coach and can assist members to obtain Nicotine Replacement Therapy products through their local retail pharmacy.
For more information on quitting smoking visit the Tobacco Free Arizona website.
